Hey, I'm Hannah!

I've spent nearly a decade training and feeding hundreds of weight loss clients at a residential fitness and weight loss camp.

As a trainer, I lead small group fitness in the gym—working with clients of all different ages and fitness levels.

As the cook, I plan weekly menus, grocery shop, prepare, and deliver nutritionally balanced meals to each client, based on their dietary needs and preferences.

What's inside the

Not only have I been where you are—frustrated, unmotivated, and even feeling that hopeless "what's the point in trying again" dread — but I also spent nearly a decade training and feeding hundreds of weight loss clients at a residential fitness and weight loss camp.

As a trainer, I led small group fitness in the gym—working with clients of all different ages and fitness levels.

As the cook, I planned weekly menus, shopped for groceries, and prepared nutritionally balanced meals for each client, tailored to their dietary needs and preferences.

I understand from both personal and professional experience that weight loss and wellness is more than just "eat less, move more."

Yes, I provide workouts to follow and meals to try, but my program goes deeper — offering you effective tools, comprehensive coaching, and a supportive sisterhood in our community.

What equipment will I need?

This is an at-home program, so all you'll need is a Smart Phone, Exercise Mat, Light Dumbbells (3-5 lbs), Heavy Dumbbells (5-25 lbs)—or get yourself a set of adjustable dumbbells like this set, and a suspension trainer like this one.

How hard or intense are the workouts...what if I'm a beginner?

How hard or intense are the workouts...what if I'm a beginner?

These workouts are all at your own pace. You have the ability to slow down, speed up, pause for a break, increase weight, decrease weight, and even swap exercises. These are simple moves and basic movement patterns—because I promise, that's all you need!

No. The workouts are all in the app, and you can login and complete your workout whenever it's convenient for you. But P.S. as your coach, I can see when you complete your workouts. ;)

Is there a meal plan?

Is there a meal plan?

Not exactly, and for a couple of reasons: 1) Everybody and every body is different. Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), caloric/energy needs, schedule, stress levels, emotional state, sleeping patterns, etc. all play a part in your weight loss and fitness. 2) Following a restrictive cookie cutter meal plan may work for weight loss in the short term, but I'm willing to bet you'll find yourself indulging in all the foods you were missing while you were restricting, and soon be signing up for yet another diet/weight loss challenge. Time to break the cycle!

I need more accountability...do you provide 1:1 coaching?

This is a group coaching program—so, I do not provide 1-on-1 coaching calls. However, you will have access to our weekly group call where you can ask me questions and get feedback.

The app will guide your day-to-day activity, food, and habit tracking, and you'll receive the Lifestyle Launch Nutrition Guide with my go-to recipes and meal prep tips.

This program was designed to facilitate personal growth. By completing your workouts and daily tasks/habits, you'll start trusting in yourself and building up your confidence. You'll start doing things for you...and not because a coach or trainer is making you. My goal is to build a community of women who will lean on and learn from each other as we work toward becoming better versions of ourselves. Our community forum (I will be very active here!) will be a great resource for asking questions and sharing experiences. You'll also be able to send me a direct message through the coaching app, and I will answer questions as quickly as I can.
