About the program

By combining my many years of professional experience as a trainer and manager at a fitness and weight loss camp with my own life experience in the weight loss world, I've been able to create programs and provide coaching to help everyday women lose weight—and keep it off—while still enjoying everything they love about life.

The secret to success is consistency...and the key to consistency is accountability. Let's do this together!

However, after a shift in my priorities, I've finally figured out how to be at peace in my current body, WHILE working toward new health and fitness goals. I've developed a simple, but effective, accountability system to focus on living out my lifestyle goals with daily intentions (including exercising and eating a balanced diet). This system absolutely works for me, and I know it can work for you too!

As someone who struggled with the ups and downs of weight loss her whole life—emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, points tracking, cutting out carbs, depriving myself of calories, over exercising and obsessing over the scale—I understand the physical and emotional struggles of living in a body that you don't love or always feel like taking care of.

Hey, I'm Hannah!

I've spent nearly a decade training and feeding hundreds of weight loss clients at a residential fitness and weight loss camp.

As a trainer, I lead small group fitness in the gym—working with clients of all different ages and fitness levels.

As the cook, I plan weekly menus, grocery shop, prepare, and deliver nutritionally balanced meals to each client, based on their dietary needs and preferences.

5 things you didn't know...

1. If I won the lottery, I would start an animal rescue ranch! I'd take in old and unwanted dogs, cats, horses and more! 

2. I grew up playing ice hockey and was super upset as a little girl when I found out that women didn't play in the NHL.

3. I'm a (super shy) singer with extreme performance anxiety. BUT - yes, becoming a famous country singer has always been a pipe dream.

4. ♥† My favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

5. I LOVE coffee! I could actually picture myself owning a coffee shop that specializes in locally sourced, healthy meals and "lightened up" pastries.
